Happy 2022!

I hope you and your family enjoyed a safe and happy Christmas and New Year.

If you have been watching the real estate market, the investment market or the news you probably have a good idea of which direction the real estate market in Texas is pointed.

A quick review of the last quarter of 2021 shows what all of 2021 showed for San Angelo real estate. Homes were selling for more money and they were selling fast. Inventory was low, interest rates were low and there were more buyers in the market than sellers.

A comparison between the residential real estate sold in San Angelo in 2020 vs. 2021 shows the same trend. The average sales price increased about 15% from 2020 to 2021 and they sold about 13% faster in 2021.

What does this mean for area buyers and sellers? It means you need to work with an experienced Realtor that can help you navigate this type of market. This market has something to offer buyers as well as sellers. Whether you need to buy or need to sell, an experienced Realtor will inform you of your advantages and help you work around any hurdles that may arise resulting in a transaction that helps you meet your real estate goals.

Want to know more? I would love to talk with you about your real estate needs and how we can work together to make this market produce the outcome you are hoping for.
