Interest rates have made a lot of buyers hit the pause button. If you've been wondering whether now is the right time to buy, you're definitely not alone.
Here's the good news, several lenders are currently offering interest rate buy-down programs and seller concessions that can help lower your monthly payment and make homeownership more affordable right now. These programs can provide some breathing room while you wait for the opportunity to refinance if rates improve in the future and I have some amazing properties blow that might be just the place
The biggest mistake I see? Buyers assuming they have to wait because they've heard rates are "too high." Every situation is different, and there may be financing options available that make buying today a lot more realistic than you think.

The San Angelo real estate market continues to show steady activity, giving both buyers and sellers opportunities to achieve their goals. In July, we saw 257 new listings hit the market and 145 homes sold, while the average home sold for 95.2% of its original list price.
With an absorption rate of 5.34 months, we're in a balanced market, meaning buyers have a little more time to make informed decisions, while well-priced, well-prepared homes are still attracting strong interest.
As discussed above, higher interest rates remain a concern for many buyers, but many lenders and sellers are offering interest rate buy-downs and concessions that can help make monthly payments more affordable. These programs are helping buyers get into a home.
