☕ Afternoon Tea | 1–3 PM
Enjoy tea, treats, and parlor games inside the historic Officers’ Quarters. It’s a charming way to experience life at the fort. Tickets must be purchased in advance at Barracks 1 and are not sold online.

🔥 Campfire Stories | 7–8 PM
Gather around the campfire and hear stories of frontier life, soldiers, and early West Texas history.

Saturday, March 21, 2026 | 10 AM – 2 PM
🤠 Meet the People of Fort Concho
Volunteers in period clothing will give tours and share stories about daily life at the fort, making history come alive for visitors of all ages.

Events like these are a great reminder that San Angelo isn’t just a place to live, it’s a community with a rich history and plenty to experience close to home.

As a San Angelo Realtor, I always enjoy sharing local events like this because they highlight the lifestyle that comes with living here. When people move to San Angelo, they’re not just buying a home, they’re becoming part of a community with stories, traditions, and places like Fort Concho that make the city special. If you ever have questions about neighborhoods, homes, or what it’s like to live here, I’m always happy to help.

MARKET REPORT (as of March 11, 2026)

The San Angelo real estate market continues to show steady activity as we move into spring. One encouraging sign is that the median sale price has increased about 5% compared to last year, showing that home values are holding strong in our local market.

Homes are also selling slightly faster overall year-to-date, with days on market trending lower than this time last year. The market remains balanced, giving both buyers and sellers opportunities as the busy spring season gets underway.

As always, real estate is hyper-local, and neighborhoods can perform very differently. If you're curious about what these trends mean for your home or a specific area of San Angelo, it’s a great time to take a closer look as spring activity continues to pick up.
