MARKET REPORT  - JULY 2024

July was a steady month for real estate sales in San Angelo. Looking at July for residential home sales only.. There were 145 sales for an average sales price of 294k. The average price per foot was $155 and days on market was 84. There was one assumable loan, 24 cash sales, 61 conventional loans, 31 FHA and 27 VA loans. 

Through August 6th, we are sitting at 1111 sales for the year. This is off about 90 sales and 20 million in closed volume from 2023. I believe as interest rates continue to come down things will pick up the rest of the year and we could catch the numbers from 2023. 

There are 463 homes for sale plus another 168 under contract in San Angelo. Here is a breakdown of price ranges as well as a link to check them out.
