Happy 4th Of July!

This holiday is a great opportunity for us to come together as Americans to celebrate the freedoms and rights that make our country special. For example, the right to private property ownership. Many see owning property as the “American Dream.” It allows us an opportunity to build wealth and security.

So let’s take a moment to appreciate our our freedoms. I mean, where else can you turn your backyard into a fireworks launch pad and a prime BBQ spot? Whether you’re flipping burgers, lighting sparklers, or just enjoying time with family and friends, let’s remember the value of our independence. Celebrate safely, show off those grilling skills and cherish the unity and liberty we all enjoy!

Looking for Fireworks? Find the details here…

July 3, 2024 - A Star-Spangled Banner Concert and Fireworks @ the Riverstage. The grounds open at noon for those who wish to pick a prime spot, the music will begin at 6 pm and the fireworks will start about 30 minutes after sunset.

July 4, 2024 - Lake Nasworthy Fireworks will begin about 9 pm. There is a soundtrack on 94.7 KIXY FM.
